I offer a complimentary introductory meeting on the phone or face to face where we can explore how coaching can work for you.
Location
I mostly work face to face, with one to one meetings or group sessions. Where this is not possible, I am happy to offer Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp video and telephone coaching.
Business clients
Executive Coaching packages typically include a set-up session, 6 - 10 coaching sessions and a final evaluation session with the commissioning client, depending on the scope of the assignment.
Each coaching assignment is bespoke so please contact me to discuss your needs and fees.
Private clients
I offer 1-1 coaching as either a one off or in coaching blocks of 3, 4, 6 or 10 sessions, tailored around client requirements.

I also facilitate "Pause Days" for professionals and entrepreneurs which create space for deeper thinking and ideas development within the support of a peer community. Find out more.
